EMS transported him to New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center in stable condition.

“Sometimes shootings happen, but it’s a real quiet neighborhood,”a building tenant named Alex told the NY Daily News. “It’s surprising because this is nicer compared to some areas.”

Video shared on Citizen shows police cars and reporters arriving to the scene.

On Wednesday, January 3, police provided an update with images of three suspects wanted in connection with the incident.

“One of the individuals displayed firearm and discharged it at the victim, striking the victim in the shoulder and torso. The individuals then fled the scene in an unknown direction,” NYPD officials wrote.
