A new Upper West Side Mandee recently opened at 2625 Broadway, between 99th and 100th Streets. The new space measures 4,280 square feet, which helped them score a press mention by The Real Deal in their list of biggest retail leases during the month of December.
According to realgraph.co, Mandee signed a 2 year lease which began on December 20th, 2018.
The women’s clothing retailer closed another location not too long ago; that store was located on Broadway between 95th and 96th Streets.
The new location doesn’t have any Yelp reviews yet, but if you want to let other people be the guinea pigs before going out of your way, here’s their empty Yelp page.
They do have one Google review, which compliments their staff, products and convenient hours (every day from 10am to 9pm, except for Sunday when they close at 8pm).
