Sales have launched at a new condo called The Marbury, located at 164 West 74th Street. The new building is a project by Greystone Development and has 14 apartments ranging from one-to-four bedrooms, including two penthouse units.
Prices start at $2,850,000, and the priciest unit currently on the market is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom penthouse listed for $6,450,000. It measures 2,250 square feet, so they’re asking $2,866 per feet.
The landmarked Beaux Arts building was built in 1901 as a luxury hotel, and was formerly home to the Phoenix House (a drug rehab center).
Greystone Development purchased the building in early 2016 for $27 million and began the conversion process in 2016.
