A Secret Beach Pop-Up is coming to the Upper West Side! Arthouse at NYLO, located at 2178 Broadway (77th Street) will be hosting this summery special from September 6th well into fall.
The 16th-floor terrace will be transformed into a hidden beach, with blue-lit fiber optic lights cascading down from overhead rooftops to simulate waves. Beachy cocktails served in ships in a bottle with cookie dust sand will be served.
A couple of these cool cocktails will include:
The “Basic Beach”: Navy Strength Gin, Blue Curacao, lemon tonic and coconut sparkling water. The cocktail is served resting in edible cookie sand with a candy beach ball and a shovel to dig for chocolate sea shells.

The “Rum Traitor”: made with Rum, Szechuan Peppercorn, Pineapple and Gold Leaf and served on a treasure map in a wooden barrel.
This special pop up will be going until October 27th.
