Steve- I live across the street. Folks are blowing $5M on 2 bedrooms in this prewar doorman building and we all hear this happening frequently. The real estate agents claim “the transformers are blowing” but the more skeptical of us know better.
Get Guns out of the city!
I am not a supporter of guns at all however, it is ridiculous for anyone to think that no guns is remotely possible without bringing back stop and frisk. In addition, the people who are shooting these guns are criminals. With or without a gun they will continue their criminal behavior unless they are put in jail to stay.
Why can’t you call a black man a black man? Most everyone does, even if they are black themselves. Asians are Asians. Do you call them people of color or yellow or dark skinned!?Whites are white, Hispanic are Hispanic. Call them what they are!!
Why is he be changed with Criminally Negligent Homicide?
No one died.
This is what you are worried about….
Worried? No.
But it does seem like an incorrect charge, which will be thrown out if it’s really been filed.
Used to live in an apartment right behind the projects there. There was another shooting at the same location roughly 7 years ago. I called the cops because a bunch of guys were filming a video outside that building an jumping on cars, residents of that building routinely walk dogs and never clean up after them, and a few times we actually found arrows shot from that building onto the roof of our apartment building. Yep – the projects. Glad I moved away from them!
