The Evening’s Exclusive Itinerary
9:30 p.m. — “12 Days of Cocktails” at Parker’s
Begin your night at Parker’s with a special tasting drawn from the bar’s Christmas carol-inspired cocktail collection. Guests may sample six mini-cocktails of their choice from the forthcoming 12 Days of Cocktails menu—a curated, holiday-themed happy hour designed just for this preview.
10:30 p.m. — Burgers, Movies & More
The evening continues at the iconic Burger Joint, transformed into a private holiday screening room. Guests will enjoy classic Burger Joint staples, including burgers and fries; Thompson’s signature frozen hot chocolate shake; a candy bar and a DIY station to craft your own personalized Thompson ornament.
A Behind-the-Scenes Holiday Experience
As the movie plays, the hotel’s “holiday elves” will be busy at work nearby, installing the towering lobby Christmas tree and decking the halls. Attendees will literally watch the hotel transform—becoming the first to experience the holiday magic that officially launches on December 1, when 12 Days of Thompson begins.
