New Year’s Eve Ride & Dance Party 2017

The bike ride starts at 10pm under the archway at Washington Square Park. Participants can also bring their skates along and join the bikers as they trek up to Central Park. The route finishes at Belvedere Castle. This is also where most of the partying will be taking place.

A massive outdoor party will be set up around the same area of the Belvedere Castle right after the bike ride concludes. There’ll be live music and plenty of food and drinks for everyone. The location is also the perfect place in which to view the fireworks since it’s away from the city’s neon lights.

Ride Schedule

The schedule for the feeder rides is as follows:

  • 9.45pm is the meeting point for the Brooklyn side of the Williamsburg Bridge.
  • 10pm is the main meeting point at the Washington Square Park Archway.
  • 10.20pm is the meeting point by the Flatiron side of Madison Square Park by 23rd St. and Broadway.

Riders are also encouraged to bring their own food and drinks. Participants are also expected to dress festively and bring party favors, noisemakers, and any other items that will bring the fun. In the past, attendees have even also brought along their own pets. If you prefer to skip the bike ride, you can just join the party at the Belvedere Castle.
