Taqueria 86 has opened at 210 West 94th Street, between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue (which was previously occupied by Whispers). It’s open daily from 11am-9pm.
The new taco spot is currently waiting on its liquor license, but it’s gotten some pretty positive reviews for its food so far, with reviewers noting authenticity and freshness.

Looks good. The menu says the taco tortillas are gluten free but are they cooked on the same surface as everything else? Sorry but we have a celiac in the family.
