More than 60 stalls of second-hand goods, a silent auction, live music and a raffle that’s paid out thousands of dollars in each of the last three years are all coming to one Upper West Side block this Saturday.

The West 104th Street Block Association’s annual yard sale returns Saturday, September 26, on West 104th Street between West End Avenue and Riverside Drive. It runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and admission is free.Shoppers can browse the stalls, then try their luck at the silent auction, where the association says items up for bid include gift certificates, antiques, vintage collectibles, posters, photographs, paintings, theater tickets, household items still in their original boxes, and services.
There’s also a book sale with a large selection of novels, plays, poetry, history, biography, children’s books, cookbooks, atlases, dictionaries and CDs, plus a bake sale and a “What-A-Bargain” table stocked with two-dollar finds. Live music will be performed by what the association describes as seasoned New York musicians.
The raffle may be the biggest draw. Last year’s winner took home $3,649, according to the association. The 2024 winner walked away with $2,623, and the 2023 winner took home $3,011.
The association lists total proceeds raised for the block at $18,308.
As of this writing, the association’s page was still inviting vendors to reserve a space.
