A woman named Mary has taken to Nextdoor.com in the hopes that someone finds her missing husband, Suri.
“Please help me find my husband who has wandered off. He was last seen in the vicinity of Columbia. His bag has been found so he is traveling without his phone or ID. He is very pleasant but has some dementia. Here is a picture of him hugging a tree in Riverside Park.”
Suri was last seen wearing a black jacket and black hat, Mary says.
The NYPD provided more details and is also asking for the public’s assistance in locating the missing man.
His full name is Suryanarayan Hegde and he lives at 320 West 83rd Street. He is 78 years old, 5’5″ tall and weighs 110lbs.
