In addition to the original menu, the special menu showcases their chef’s daily choice of fresh fish, meat and vegetables. Not only do they emphasize taste, but they also pay great attention to the presentation of their dishes, making them look as good as they taste.
In May 2017, Mimi welcomed a new head chef with over 30 years of Japanese culinary experience, resulting in a brand new menu.
The new menu for the winter of 2018 features appetizers including Seared Scallop topped with Sea Urchin Santa Barbara, salmon carpaccio, spicy pork belly, and rib eye steak..

Mimi’s main menu includes premium sushi, red snapper shabu-shabu from Fukuoka, yellow tail shabu-shabu, premium beef sukiyaki, a wide selection of donburi and hot noodles. A daily special menu also features a wide variety of fresh sashimi, including jackfish Sugatazukuri, Red Snapper usuzukuri, blue fin tuna, and other seasonal delicacies. Every Saturday, Mimi also offers a set lunch including ramen.
