Central Park Resale (located at 22 West 66th Street) is teaming up with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fan-favorite Sutton Stracke for “Sutton’s Closet,” a fashion event to support sustainable style.

Offering a range of gently-worn thrifted pieces, affordable (and trendy) finds and ultra-luxe consignment clothing and accessories, CPR was opened back in October 2021 by entrepreneur and reality TV veteran Tanya Young Williams. The former Basketball Wives star (once married to Jayson Williams) has enlisted Stracke (and her notably chic wardrobe) to “raise awareness about the importance of circular fashion in support of sustainable living, and to raise money for NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness,” according to a press release.

Given Stracke’s well-documented love of haute couture and elegant, over-the-top accessories (Bravo-obsessed readers will recall her infamous $2,000 fuzzy slippers), it’s no surprise she was on board. “Nothing could please me more than to see Circular Fashion in motion and to donate from my closet and store with longtime friend, Tanya Young Williams, at her secondhand store in my place of love, Manhattan. As an Ambassador for NAMI, it is my pleasure to see proceeds from sales go to this important and life-changing organization,” she said in a statement.

Aside from her high-profile gig on RHOBH (where she’s appeared since season 10, often sparring with the likes of soap opera staple Lisa Rinna), the Southern-born socialite owns SUTTON, a concept store in West Hollywood, California. The boutique’s website boasts a slew of unique finds, which could make their merry way to the Upper West Side. In terms of personal picks, there’s no telling as to which of Stracke’s famed ensembles will make the cut, but lucky shoppers may be able to score some of her seemingly endless archive of Dolce & Gabbana garb.

“Sutton and I have been friends for many years. Raising money to help others is who she is. This event will encourage sustainable shopping and be a real treat to shoppers who love Sutton and her fabulous fashion,” Williams said of the pop-up event, which will run from December 16, 2022 through January 15, 2023. Stracke will be present for the opening festivities.
