Last modified on March 19th, 2024

Last August, Lincoln Convenience – a CBD and smoke shop located at 2047 Broadway, between 70th and 71st streets – was robbed twice within a timespan of just a few days.

On the second occasion, which took place on August 8 at about 4:10 a.m., a group of men entered the space and left with about $150 in cash and an unknown amount of CBD. In the process, one of these men shot the store owner’s friend in the foot. The 29-year-old victim was taken to an area hospital in stable condition. Lincoln Convenience owner Ray Adams told us that his friend was there to support him, as the store had been robbed just a few days earlier.

In September, a little over a month after the incident, 19-year-old Daequan Turner was arrested on robbery charges. On Halloween 2022, another suspect – Tyrone Rodriguez, 27 – was booked on robbery charges as well.

Today, NYPD officials announced that Timothy Yahdullahi, 23, has been arrested on charges of attempted murder, criminal use of a firearm, criminal possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment and robbery.
