Despite recent controversy, former WeWork CEO Adam Neumann and his wife, Rebekah Paltrow Neumann, are continuing to tour pricey apartments in Manhattan. On the pair’s latest apartment outing, they brought their search to the Upper West Side’s 15 Central Park West.
In recent reports, Neumann was looking into selling his $27.5 million penthouse in Gramercy, on Irving Place. This four-bedroom duplex is combined with a three-bedroom apartment located one floor below. Due to a botched initial public offering of WeWork, you might think the Neumann’s would need to downgrade. But that doesn’t seem to be the case at all.
The Neumann’s were reportedly seen touring billionaire hedge funder Dan Och’s penthouse at 15 Central Park West, which is currently on the market for $57.5 million.

And for good reason, too. The building has an open courtyard between that acts as a private motor entrance to the building, and of the 202 apartments in the building, many have large casement windows, high ceilings, dining rooms, lots of moldings, plenty of natural light and open views in all directions.
The penthouse unit toured by the Neumann’s features five bedrooms bedrooms and a library. Every room has views, which include Central Park, the downtown skyline and the Hudson River. The living room has an open gas fireplace, and stands next to a dining room with a sycamore wood veneer. The UWS apartment also has a private elevator along with tons of other swanky amenities.
