New York City’s spookiest street celebration is back, and the Upper West Side is once again joining the fun.
Now in its fourth year, Trick-or-Streets is a citywide initiative from the Department of Transportation that transforms Open Streets, plazas, and corridors into festive, car-free Halloween zones. What began as a one-day event has grown into a two-week series of outdoor programming running from October 17 through October 31, with activities for kids and adults alike.
