Eleven apartments have been listed for sale at The Belnord, a former rental building located at 225 West 86th Street, Curbed first reported. Prices range from $3.2 million to. $8.85 million, and will range from 2 to 5 bedrooms.
The additional apartments in the building will be converted to condos through a series of stages.
Robert A.M. Stern Architects have been brought on to renovate the apartments. The amenity space will also be improved, which Architecture at Large’s Rafael de Cárdenas has been hired for. The total new amenity space will measure 9,000 square feet.
Sales and marketing at the Belnord are being handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
