A new Upper West Side Chinese restaurant opened to the public on October 17th. Atlas Kitchen is located at 258 West 109th Street, between Broadway and Amsterdam. So far, the restaurant has a score of 4 out of 5 stars on Yelp.
Here are some signature dishes (courtesy of Atlas Kitchen on Instagram).
Spicy chicken wings and sea snails in dry wok.
Beef flank in dry wok seasoned in peppers and lotus root broth with handmade beef wontons.
Pan fried shrimp in garlic Sauce (cooked table side).
The menu also includes a variety of black and green teas priced between $8.95 to $11.95. I’m not sure how much tea you get for these prices. Hopefully a lot …
