Fans of Hulu’s “Only Murders in the Building” can now step foot inside the Belnord, known as the Arconia in the series starring Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez.
Branding and design studio frenchCalifornia and downtown gallery R & Company have created The Belnord Project, an art and design exhibit taking place in apt # 1005.
This apartment is also for sale … so yeah, that’s a pretty inventive way to create some buzz …

According to a press release, “The installation in the residence is curated by Evan Snyderman, founding partner of R & Company, one of the world’s leading modern and contemporary design galleries.”
Everything displayed in the exhibit is also for sale.
