Upper West Siders will soon get to enjoy free Summer Concerts at Lincoln Square! The free lunchtime entertainment will take place every Wednesday, rain or shine, beginning July 3 through August 28. Music will play from noon until 2:00 p.m. in Richard Tucker Park at Broadway and 66th Street.
The annual Lunchtime Concert Series, now in its 12th year, has something for every music preference – from jazz, to rock to opera. Locals and visitors of all ages can enjoy it all summer long. In between performances, music lovers can stretch and relax with free restorative yoga sessions given by instructors from the West Side Y. Additionally, Whole Foods will sponsor free product samples during each performance. We can’t think of a better way to relax during a lunch break.
