Another big building is coming to the UWS. 2503-2509 Broadway, between 93rd and 94th Streets, was sold for $50 million back in September (first heard through the Real Deal). The buyer was MSD Partners, the private investment firm which exclusively manages Michael Dell’s money.
MSD purchased the site, but the project will be developed by Adam America.
The site is currently home to a one-story commercial building which was occupied by a Europan Cafe and Radioshack before they closed.
This little building will sadly be demolished.
And in its place will be a 19 story, 75,000 square foot mixed use condominium consisting of 44 residential units and a 5,000 square foot ground floor commercial space.
Amenities will include a golf simulator room (obviously), a dog wash and a library lounge.
