Suspect Wanted for Forcible Touching Outside Subway Station

NYPD officials have issued an alert about a “forcible touching pattern,” with incidents taking place earlier this month on both the Upper West Side and in Midtown. Police are hoping someone from the public will be able to assist them in identifying and locating the wanted individual.

According to the police report, the suspect is wanted for two incidents both taking place on Wednesday, September 3.

The first incident took place at about 3:10 p.m. on the Upper West Side, when a 27-year-old female was walking out of the 66 Street-Lincoln Center Station and was approached by an unknown individual. “The individual used his finger to perform a lewd act over her clothing and fled the location on foot, traveling to parts unknown,” the report states. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
