Fordham University’s campus on the Upper West Side offers a one-of-a-kind program to seniors over the age of 60. The College at 60 series offers seniors the opportunity to embark on an educational adventure that’s nationally recognized. Seniors are also able to take courses, seminars, and lectures through another non-credit program. The seminars are taught by instructors who teach students at a graduate and undergraduate level. Some of the topics covered include writing, history, modern art, literature, psychology, and philosophy. By joining the program, seniors also enjoy access to many of the university’s events for free. They’ll also get a 50% reduction in tuition when registering for matriculation through Social Security.
