Ronan Farrow Selling Lincoln Square Apartment

Last modified on March 9th, 2020

Ronan Farrow is selling his Lincoln Square apartment; it’s currently on the market for $1.6 million (h/t The Wall Street Journal). The journalist – and son of Mia Farrow and Woody Allen – bought his UWS apartment, located at The Hudson Condominiums (225 West 60th Street), in early 2014. He paid $1.495 for it, so he won’t be making much of a profit.

But that doesn’t seem to matter, as the former UWS celebrity has already purchased a $5.65 million penthouse at a new development on the Lower East Side.

Farrow’s 982 Lincoln Square square foot condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and lots of light and views. Located on the 15th floor of the building, the apartment also features include an open kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows and a Bosch washer and dryer.

Monthly taxes are $1,575 and common charges are $1,221 per month.

The building was constructed in 2007 and comes with amenities including an outdoor rooftop bar, fitness center with terrace and full time doorman.

One of Ronan Farrow’s most notable recent achievements include exposing Harvey Weinstein and helping to launch the #MeToo movement. He’s also helped to expose Les Moonves and Eric Schneiderman on related charges.

Here’s a peek at his Upper West Side apartment: 225 West 60th, Apt 15E.
