Gong Cha, a bubble tea chain, has recently opened a location at 2810 Broadway (109th Street). They were founded in 2006 in Taiwan and have over 1500 locations worldwide. These include several in NYC (Chinatown, Koreatown, Union Square, Midtown and one opening in the Financial District).
Their specialty is their “Milk Foam”, which is a slightly salted cream topping above freshly brewed tea.

Gong Cha is open between 10:30am to 11pm from Sunday-Wednesday, and 10:30am to 12am from Thursday-Saturday.
