Tablet, a digital-first pharmacy, is opening at 888 Amsterdam Avenue (between 103rd and 104th streets). Tablet’s website highlights weight loss, erectile dysfunction and NAD+ solutions, and claims their affordable care is attainable with or without insurance. “While the digital platform offers immediate nationwide reach for high-performance professionals, the ‘plus’ in TABLET’s ‘Pharmacy+’ model will become tangible through a physical rollout,” according to a recent press release, which adds that the first location (presumably the UWS one) will be opening in the summer. PWR NYC, a boutique gym that opened last year at 2284 Broadway (between 82nd and 83rd streets), is expanding with a second location at 143 West 72nd Street (between Columbus and Amsterdam avenues). The second location is expected to open in April, and they’re offering some early member discounts. PWR NYC offers small group classes, one-on-one training, and duet personal training (for two people).A new pho place, Pho Broadway, recently opened at 2058 Broadway (between 70th and 71st streets), right next to the Just Salad. They’ve got one positive review so far; Michael says he “love[s] everything about this place and the New Orleans influence is just the best.” The space was previously home to Joe Coffee, which closed at the end of 2024. Mikado, a sushi restaurant with nine current locations dispersed throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens (according to its website), has opened its newest outpost at 137 West 72nd Street (between Columbus and Amsterdam avenues). The space was previously occupied by Zen Medica, which closed last June after 13 years. The soft-opening happened on Feb. 19, according to this Instagram post.

Craft Pilates opened earlier this month at 644 Amsterdam Avenue (between 91st and 92nd streets). They offer both group classes and private sessions, and this is the business’ second location (their first is in Park Slope, Brooklyn). “Join us in our new, beautifully designed studio on the Upper West Side,” the studio wrote on Instagram. “Thoughtful instruction.
