NYPD officials have issued an alert about a male suspect wanted for groping a 16-year-old girl on the Upper West Side this week.
According to the report, it happened at about 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday when the suspect approached the girl on the northbound 1 train platform at the subway station on 96th and Broadway.
“An unknown male individual approached the victim and grabbed her under the clothing before fleeing out of the station to parts unknown,” the police report states. “The victim did not sustain any physical injuries as a result of this incident.”
Police have shared images of the perpetrator.
