NYPD officials have issued an alert about an incident of forcible touching which occurred in the neighborhood this past week. Police are hoping someone from the public will be able to assist them in identifying and locating the wanted individual.

According to the police report, the incident occurred on Wednesday, February 25 at about 2:50 p.m., when a 17-year-old female was walking up the staircase to exit the 110th Street – Cathedral Parkway station and was approached from behind by an unknown male suspect who grabbed her buttocks.Police say the suspect then fled the subway station on foot to parts unknown.
There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
The suspect was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and brown boots. The NYPD has released these photos of him:
