The Upper West Side townhouse featured in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York (1992) is currently on the market for $6.7 million.

The house, located at 51 West 95th Street (between Columbus and Central Park West), was where Rob McCallister (Ray Tolder) lived. Rob was Kevin McCallister’s (Macaulay Culkin’s) uncle, and the house is where Kevin set up booby traps to catch Harry Lime (Joe Pesci) and Marv Murchins (Daniel Stern).

According to a Zillow listing, the property comes with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths spread across 4,776 square feet. The building was constructed in 1900 by Martin V.B. Ferdon.

Per the listing description, “…this townhouse offers a generous living space adorned with beautiful moldings, high ceilings, rich walnut floors, and two sets of bay windows. It also features integrated A/V system options, ample storage capacity, and two private outdoor spaces.”

Given that the McCallisters are one-percenters, according to a New York Times report published earlier today, this all adds up.
