Lilly’s Cocktail and Wine Bar has opened at 50 West 72nd Street, which was formerly occupied by Riposo 72. The new spot is from the owners of Lilly’s Craft and Kitchen in Hell’s Kitchen.
It’s pretty laid back. At least when I was there (on Wednesday night). Pretty decent beer selection. I got a Founders IPA for $6 during their happy hour.

Happy hour is from 4-7pm and includes $7 well drinks. I also had a whiskey on the rocks (it was Wednesday after all), which the bartender said is $9 during non-happy hours. Not bad!
Nice cozy interior with plenty of brick and wood.
And they’ve got their outdoor seating set up. Hopefully the weather gets nice so people can actually use it soon.
