A message on the sandwich board outside of Garden of Eden states that the store, located at 2780 Broadway between 107th and 108th streets, is closing on March 31. Until then, everything inside is 20% off.

Mustafa Coskun, the founder, opened the first location in Gramercy in 1994. Since then, in addition to the Upper West Side store, the business expanded to open stores in Chelsea, Union Square, Brooklyn Heights and New Jersey.
Currently, Garden of Eden has remaining outposts at 7 East 14th Street and 275 Third Avenue. According to an employee at 2780 Broadway, these stores will remain open.
We’re not sure exactly when Garden of Eden opened its UWS location, but the earliest Yelp review is from 2006.
