NYPD officials have issued an alert about an incident of forcible touching which occurred in Central Park late last month. Police are hoping someone from the public will be able to help them identify and locate the wanted individual.

According to the police report, a 22-year-old female victim was sitting in the vicinity of West Drive and Center Drive, near Columbus Circle and Central Park South, on Friday, September 26 at about 6 p.m. Police say she was approached by an unidentified individual who “grabbed her buttocks and private area over her clothing, then fled on foot, traveling in an unknown direction to parts unknown.” There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.The sought individual is described as a male with a medium complexion. He was last seen wearing black ripped jeans.
