Apartments at the upcoming new development at 555 West End Avenue have just been listed. The developer, Tamarkin Co, purchased the site from St. Agnes School for $50 million back in 2014.
The reconfigured prewar condo features 13 duplex apartments.
Some of these apartments are, to no surprise, massively expensive.
The priciest unit is the “Solarium-Penthouse”, going for a cool $18 million. This 3 bed, 3.5 bath measures 3,420 square feet and is the former school gymnasium.

There are two additional units going for 10.3 million and another two for $7.9 million.
The building exterior will maintain a lot of its original detail, which includes red brick and terra cotta.
Building amenities will include a doorman, gym, roof top terrace, recreation room, stroller valet and onsite storage.
