The Boilery Seafood & Grill has their grand opening today, April 29th. The new Upper West Side restaurant is located at 710 Amsterdam Avenue, between 94th and 95th Streets.
The Cajun and Creole seafood restaurant will be open from 4-10pm between Mondays and Thursdays, and from 4-11pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
The menu includes a raw bar and starters including fish tacos, lobster mac and cheese, crab cakes and Cajun-battered waffle fries.
Main course catch of the days (clams, crabs, shrimp, scallops, mussels or lobster) are boiled in their signature cajun style seasoning and tossed in your choice of sauce (classic Cajun, garlic & butter, old bay lemon or their “Boilery signature sauce”). You can also choose between four spice levels.
They also offer some land options including strip steak and grilled chicken. But new seafood has definitely been needed and is extremely welcome!
Their liquor license hasn’t yet cleared, but they’re hoping that happens some time next week.
Here’s their full menu and website.
