Two men have been arrested for the shooting which injured a 4-year-old boy last month, ABC7NY was first to report.
The incident took place on Wednesday, July 26 at about 12:30 a.m. at West 94th Street and Amsterdam Avenue – right outside of a corner deli which was able to capture surveillance footage.

The 4-year-old, who was with his mother at the time, was grazed in the leg. The second victim was a 35-year-old man who was shot in the foot. Neither injury was life-threatening.
The suspects have been identified as 21-year-old Nyshawn Dawson and 24-year-old Shakief Mcclain. Dawson and Mcclain have been arrested on charges of attempted murder, attempted assault and criminal possession of a weapon. Both are due to appear in court on August 11.
Maybe they can arrest the landlord now for allowing this building to crumble for the past several years…
