At about 7:20pm on Tuesday, January 17, the NYPD responded to a call about a shooting inside 865 Columbus Avenue at West 103rd Street, which is part of the Frederick Douglass Apartments complex.
The victims included a 21-year-old male and a 27-year-old female. The two were having a dispute with the suspect, a 26-year-old female, when she shot the male victim in the right leg and the female victim in the left arm. Both victims were taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition.
Police were able to recover a firearm and arrested Raven Godette, a resident of Brooklyn.

Godette’s charges include Attempted Murder, Criminal Possession of a Loaded Firearm and Reckless Endangerment.
