Outdoor Equipment, Apparel Store Opening Saturday

Arc’teryx will open its newest location at 158 Columbus Avenue at 67th Street on Saturday, July 17, the company has announced.

The “high performance outdoor equipment company” offers performance-driven apparel like pants designed for rock climbing, cold-weather running and hiking through ‘severe conditions;’ insulated jackets and hoodies; lightweight shirts for running in the heat; and climbing gear including harnesses and rope bags.

With the grand opening, Arc’teryx is running some promotions with free giveaways (details here).

In addition, they’ve announced a street dance performance outside of the new store on Sunday, July 18 from 11am-1pm (details here), as well as some running-related promos during their first week.

Arc’teryx currently has locations in Soho, Flatiron (recently opened) and on Bleecker Street, in addition to a store at the Woodbury Commons in Central Valley, NY.
