A 32-year-old man was rushed to an area hospital Tuesday morning following a shooting incident at a busy Upper West Side intersection, according to police.

The call came in at 10:53 a.m., drawing a significant emergency response to the corner of West 103rd Street and Amsterdam Avenue. Videos of the scene were shared on Citizen.The victim had been shot in the left foot, police said. He was transported to a nearby hospital and is listed in stable condition.
The suspect remained at large as of Tuesday afternoon. Police described him as a male wearing a blue vest, a sweatshirt, and black pants. After the shooting, he fled eastbound on Amsterdam Avenue and disappeared into the Frederick Douglass Houses, the NYCHA complex that spans from 100th to 104th Streets between Amsterdam and Manhattan Avenues.
Earlier this month, a 33-year-old man was shot and killed at the same approximate location.
