After being on and off the market for more than a year, Liam Neeson’s Upper West Side condo is now in contract.
The five bedroom, five bathroom condo–located on the 28th floor of the Park Millennium at 111 West 67th Street–was last asking $10.75 million when re-listed in March with Matthew Coleman of Coleman Real Estate Group. The final sale price is not yet public, per the New York Post, which first reported this story.

The apartment was originally listed for $12.8 million in early 2024.
The Oscar-nominated actor and his late wife, Natasha Richardson, bought the first condo of what would become a combination of three units in 1999 for a reported $3.99 million. The couple raised their two sons in the apartment, which encompasses the whole northeast corner of the building, spanning 4,524-square-feet, and features spectacular views of Central Park through floor-to-ceiling windows.

The Park Millennium is a full-service condo notable for its celebrity lineage, with current and former residents including Howard Stern, Jon Bon Jovi and Regis Philbin. The building also sits above the AMC Lincoln Square and an Equinox health club featuring a rock-climbing wall and basketball court.
In a cover story for People magazine in December 2024,he explained that he’s enjoying a more peaceful life upstate, and spends most of his time at a 34,000-square-foot farmhouse he owns in Millbrook, New York.
His relationship with the city has not always been crack-free. In the mid-2010s, animal rights activists protested outside of the Park Millennium, calling Neeson out for his public support of horse-drawn carriages, while then-Mayor Bill de Blasio campaigned to ban them from the city.
That’s the end of this chapter of Neeson’s long history on the Upper West Side, where he has bought and sold various properties over the last two decades.

Hopefully you won’t leave completely Liam!
It’s nice to run and walk by you while in the neighborhood, or Park, and know we live in a city with a bit of everyone from celebrity to common man. Those protests were ridiculous, sponsored by real estate magnates, and a jerk for a Mayor. Thankfully a rare example of a progressive, idiot-led protest, under the guise of animal concern, was soundly defeated.
I like Millbrook too. If you haven’t tried it, Millbrook winery makes some fantastic wines, and is partially owned and connected to a famous, outstanding RRV winery. Ask for JD there. . he will be happy to host you – as if you need an ‘in’. lol
Have a great summer.
