Police say a shooting occurred Sunday evening at an Upper West Side convenience store.

It happened at about 7:45 p.m. at 653 Amsterdam Avenue (between 91st and 92nd streets).

Both victims were young males between the ages of 16 and 20, and the incident took place inside the store. Police say one was shot in the foot and the other was shot in the stomach. Both were transported to area hospitals in stable condition.
Video shared on Citizen shows police and emergency vehicles responding to the scene.
It’s unclear what led to the altercation.
No arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing. We’ll provide updates if and when we learn more.
