7pm Balcony Concerts on the UWS

Jeff Jacobs has been a New Yorker for the last 10 years, but he finally moved to the Upper West Side two months ago. He’s living on 110th between Broadway and Amsterdam, but on several recent Sundays, he’s headed to his girlfriend’s apartment to play music from her balcony at 7pm – adding a bit of showmanship to the evening clap.

These balcony concerts have been taking place from an apartment balcony on West 100th Street between Central Park West and Manhattan Avenue.
