Renovations are now underway at 212 West 72nd Street, which was previously a rental building first constructed in 2010. It’s now being converted into a condo and is being designed by CetraRuddy.
A teaser website has been launched, and sales are scheduled to launch late this fall.
The new development will feature 126 apartments ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms, with prices starting at $1.25 milion.
Some unit features will include floor-to-ceiling windows and lots of views, white oak plank flooring, high-end kitchens with white lacquer cabinetry, quartzite countertops and backsplashes, and white marble bathrooms.
212 West 72nd Street will feature indoor and outdoor amenities including a residents lounge with a landscaped outdoor terrace, children’s playroom, fitness center by The Wright Fit – featuring a Mirror Home Fitness system, an outdoor fitness terrace, and a landscaped roof deck.
